Pap Smear (LBC + HPV DNA)

Implanon is a contraceptive implant, one of the many long-lasting and reversible contraceptive techniques available. It contains the synthetic hormone etonogestrel, which is produced by a woman's ovaries and is comparable to the hormone progesterone that occurs naturally. This hormone stops the release of eggs from the ovaries (ovulation), by altering the cervical mucus, and changing  the uterine lining.

The dimensions of the implant are four centimeters in length by two millimeters in width, roughly the size of a match. It is carefully implanted in aseptic conditions underneath the skin in the upper arm. It can be felt after insertion but is difficult to see. Implanon is a highly effective way of contraception that lasts for 3 years, with effectiveness going over 99%. Electrocardiogram (ECG)

Caused by the varicella zoster virus (VZV), chickenpox is a highly contagious viral infection. It is characterized by many itchy, red, blister-like rashes on the skin all over the body, accompanied by fever, lethargy, loss of appetite and headache. Although chickenpox can affect people of all ages, infants, pregnant women and immunocompromised patients are at particularly high risk of developing serious complications from the disease. Chicken Pox Vaccination

Rotavirus Vaccination

Typhoid fever, caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi, is an illness characterized by symptoms such as - prolonged high fever, fatigue, upset stomach, headache, constipation or diarrhea, coughing, and appetite loss. Hepatitis A Vaccination

The thyroid gland makes the thyroid hormone, which helps to regulate a variety of body functions, including metabolism. A thyroid ultrasound is recommended If a thyroid function test is abnormal, or if your doctor feels a growth on your thyroid when checking your neck.

Influenza Vaccination

Pneumococcal Vaccination - Adult

An IUD is a little T-shaped copper device that is inserted into the uterus. It releases copper to prevent pregnancies, and it lasts between 5 and 10 years, depending on the variety. They can be more than 99% effective when properly implanted and begin working immediately. As long as you're not pregnant, it can be inserted at any point throughout your menstrual cycle.

An IUD works by distributing copper into the womb. Copper changes the cervical mucus, making it more difficult for sperm to reach an egg. It can also prevent a fertilized egg from implanting itself.

Implanon is a contraceptive implant, one of the many long-lasting and reversible contraceptive techniques available. A progestin-impregnated tiny plastic rod is inserted beneath the skin on the medial side of the upper arm which inhibits fertilization in a variety of ways.
