- Duodenal ulcer – 40mg once daily at bedtime or 20 mg 2 times daily.
- Prophylaxis of recurrent duodenal ulcer – 20mg at bedtime.
- Gastric ulcer – 40mg once daily at bedtime.
- Gastro-esophageal reflux – 20mg 2 times daily for up to 6 weeks
