How Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate Works
It has antispasmodic properties which inhibits smooth muscle spasm in GIT. Simethicone has antifoaming properties which decrease gas bubbles in the GIT and removes it through flatulence. It helps ease the pain in infant and help them burp.

Kidney Use With Care

Alcohol Not Advisable
There is no known interaction between alcohol and Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate. However, alcohol is able to worsen the peptic ulcer leading to severe bleeding. Thus, it is not advisable to consume alcohol during the treatment of Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate.
Pregnancy Limited Data
There are limited data on the use of Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate in pregnant women from animal studies and human studies. Thus, caution use has to be practised during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Generally Safe
Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate should not affect alertness or driving ability.
Liver Safe If Prescribed
Activated Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate is safe to be used in patients with liver impairment.
Lactation Safe If Prescribed
Excretion of Activated Simethicone + Alverine Citrate has been found in human breast milk but the risk on breastfed infants is not significant. Thus, it is safe to be used during breastfeeding.
