Diclofenac + menthol is used to treat pain and inflammation especially due to arthritis, joint disease or any problems with tendon, ligament or other soft tissues.

The NSAID in this medication acts by reducing inflammation and relieves pain effectively.

Kidney Use With Care

In patients with renal impairment, it is important to use this drug with caution as Diclofenac + Mentholmay cause kidney function to deteriorate. Close monitoring is required for patients with significant impairment of kidney function.

Alcohol Safe

Applying Diclofenac + Menthol along with taking alcohol is considered to be safe.

Pregnancy Not Safe

The systemic concentration of Diclofenac + Mentholis lower after topical administration. However, it is not recommended to use Diclofenac + Mentholduring pregnancy. Consult your doctor before use.

Driving Generally Safe

Diclofenac + Mentholshould not affect alertness or driving ability.

Liver Limited Data

Diclofenac + Menthol should be used with caution in patients with liver disease as there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal hemorrhage and fluid retention. Patients with severe liver disease should try to avoid taking Diclofenac + Menthol.

Lactation Limited Data

There is limited data on the usage of Diclofenac + Menthol during breastfeeding. It is found that Diclofenac + Menthol is excreted in very little quantities in breast milk and not adequate to cause harmful effects. However, it is advisable to practice caution while taking Diclofenac + Menthol during breastfeeding.
