Liquid Paraffin is safe to be used in patients with kidney disease. There is no dosage adjustment needed.
Alcohol Safe
It is safe to consume alcohol with Liquid Paraffin as there is no known drug interactions.

Liquid Paraffin is safe to use during pregnancy as there is no evidence of safety of Liquid Paraffin used in pregnancy or lactation. Nevertheless, the active constituent has a widespread use without apparent ill consequence.
