Kidney Safe If Prescribed
Nystatin Oralis generally safe for patients with kidney disease.
Alcohol Safe
There is no known interaction of Nystatin Oralwith alcohol.
Pregnancy Not Safe
There are no animal or human reproductive studies have been conducted. Hence, it is not known whether Nystatin Oralcan cause negative effects on the foetus. Its usage is allowed only when benefits outweigh the risks. Please consult doctor before using.
Driving Generally Safe
Nystatin Oralshould not affect alertness or driving ability.
Liver Safe If Prescribed
Nystatin Oralis generally safe for patients with liver disease.
Lactation Not Advisable
Nystatin Oralis not safe for breastfeeding as it may be excreted in breast milk. It is only proven in animal studies and it shows impairment in the development of baby animals. This risk cannot be excluded in humans thus it isn't safe.
