There is no dose adjustment needed in liver disease as it is a topical medication with low systemic effect.

It is not known whether Prednisolone Opthalmic is excreted into the human breastmilk. It is not advisable to apply topical Prednisolone Opthalmic Eye on the chest to avoid accidental contact with the infant.
