Our mental health is a crucial part of our wellbeing. Often overlooked, mental health problems are complex and can lead to serious repercussions if not addressed on time. At Oasis counselling, we help families to make sense of these struggles and beyond and find ways to work on their concerns and challenges. It is recommended for families who want to work on problems that arise between family members. We are using a systemic-based approach to psychotherapy to have a more holistic approach to view the family dynamics. Our family counselling is inclusive of: - parenting and co-parenting - relationship issues - behavioural issues - significant life changes This package is inclusive of a free family intake session with a certified counsellor, and one family counselling session.
