Fenoterol is commonly used in the treatment of Exercise Induced Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

How Fenoterol Works

Fenoterol is a bronchodilator and a direct-acting sympathomimetic agent. It works by selectively acting on B2-receptors.

Side Effects of Fenoterol

Muscle pain, Hypersensitivity, Nervousness, Agitation, Headache, Dizziness, Tremor, Palpitations, Nausea and vomiting, Rash and pruritus

Warnings

Kidney Use With Care

Fenoterol should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fenoterol may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Alcohol Safe

It is safe to consume alcohol with Fenoterol as there is no known drug interactions.

Pregnancy Safe If Prescribed

Fenoterol may be safe to use during pregnancy. Non clinical data, combined with available experience in humans have shown no evidence of adverse effects of Fenoterol in pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Not advisable

Fenoterol may cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, nausea or tremor, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Liver Limited Data

There is no information regarding the safety of using Fenoterol in patients with liver disease.

Lactation Limited Data

Safety precautions must be taken into consideration when Fenoterol is used during lactation.
