Animal studies have demonstrated that there is an adverse risk to the fetus and there are inadequate human studies, though potential benefits may allow the usage of Flurbiprofen Oral in pregnant women. Flurbiprofen Oral should be avoided during the first and second trimester of pregnancy unless it is deemed necessary, with the lowest dose possible and the shortest duration of treatment. It is contraindicated during the third trimester.
