Ipratropium + Salbutamol is used to treat obstructive airway disease.
How Ipratropium + Salbutamol Works
Bronchodilator act on the receptors on the bronchial smooth muscle which dilates the airway to ease breathing. Ipratropium decrease contractility of the smooth muscle which opens up the airway.

Throat Irritation, Dry Mouth, Cough, Dizziness, Headache

Kidney Use With Care
Ipratropium + Salbutamol should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ipratropium + Salbutamol may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Alcohol Safe
There is no known interaction of Ipratropium + Salbutamol with alcohol.
Pregnancy Maybe Safe
Animal studies have shown no risk to the fetus. However, there are limited well-controlled human studies. The benefits from the use of Ipratropium + Salbutamol in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Driving Use With Care
Ipratropium + Salbutamol may cause side effects such as dizziness or blurred vision, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Liver Limited Data
There is limited studies if Ipratropium + Salbutamol requires dose adjustment in patiens with liver impairment. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Limited Data
Ipratropium + Salbutamol is probably unsafe to use during lactation as there is limited human data on the use of Ipratropium + Salbutamol during lactation and breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
