Alcohol Not Advisable
Patients should avoid consuming alcohol while on Orphenadrine Citrate Citrate because alcohol may enhance the CNS depressant effect of Orphenadrine Citrate.
Pregnancy Not Safe
Orphenadrine Citrate Citrate should only be given to a pregnant woman if it is clearly needed and its potential benefits outweigh its potential risks. There are no animal studies done and it is also unknown whether Orphenadrine Citrate may give harm to the fetus if given to a pregnant woman.
Driving Not advisable
Due to the side effects like blurry vision, dizziness, and drowsiness, it is not recommended to drive while on Orphenadrine Citrate Citrate.
Liver Limited Data
Orphenadrine Citrate has been used for more than 50 years and has not been linked to any liver injury or liver diseases. However, it should be considered to avoid the usage of this medication in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

There is no data regarding whether Orphenadrine Citrate Citrate may be excreted into the breast milk and no data on the effects of Orphenadrine Citrate on the breastfed infant and its effect on milk production.
