Kidney Safe If Prescribed

Sodium Ferrous Citrate is safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.

Alcohol Safe

There is no known interaction between alcohol and Sodium Ferrous Citrate when used concomitantly.

Pregnancy Maybe Safe

There are limited data on the use of Sodium Ferrous Citrate in animal studies and human studies. Thus, caution use has to be practised in pregnant women. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Generally Safe

Sodium Ferrous Citrate usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Liver Limited Data

Sodium Ferrous Citrate is safe to be used in patients with liver impairment.

Lactation Limited Data

Excretion of Sodium Ferrous Citrate has been found in animal milk but it is not known in human breast milk. Thus, caution use has to be practised in breastfeeding women. Please consult your doctor.
