How Troxerutin Works

Troxerutin is a derivative of an extract from sophora japonica which helps to reduce abnormal leakage from capillary by reducing the capillary permeability.

Gut disturbances, Headache, Flushing

Kidney Safe If Prescribed

Troxerutin is generally safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.

Alcohol Not Advisable

It is not advisable to consume alcohol and Troxerutin concomitantly as alcohol may have additive effects on headache and flushing in patients.

Pregnancy Limited Data

There are limited data of Troxerutin usage in pregnant women. Caution use has to be practised during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Generally Safe

There are no studies of Troxerutin on the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Liver Limited Data

Troxerutin is generally safe to be used in patients with liver impairment.

Lactation Limited Data

There are limited data of Troxerutin usage in breastfeeding women. Caution use has to be practised during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
