Introduction
Visanne (Dienogest) 2mg Tablet 28s (Box) is a 2mg tablet formulation of the dicarboxylic acid derived progestin - Dienogest. Structurally related to 19-nortestosterone, it is an oral progestogen that regulates endometrial tissue development and suppresses endometrial growth, thus having direct therapeutic benefits for women with endometriosis. Some side effects may occur such as acne, mood changes, weight gain, discomfort or pain in the breasts, and bleeding alterations. How to take
Tablets should be taken orally once daily at the same time every day, with or without food.
