Alcohol

It is not advisable to use Finaintas 5mg Tablet with alcohol because alcohol may dehydrate and cause difficult urination. The symptoms may also get worse thus, it is recommended to avoid or limit alcohol while taking Finaintas 5mg Tablet. There are few studies which reported that alcohol can increase the risk of prostate cancer in patients taking Finaintas 5mg Tablet.

Pregnancy

Not Safe - High Risk

When Finaintas 5mg Tablet is given to a pregnant woman with a male fetus, it will inhibit the development of external genitalia of the fetus. Small amounts of Finaintas 5mg Tablet have been found from the semen in subjects taking them, though it is unknown whether a male fetus can be affected if his mother is exposed to such semen.
